PG department of Yoga was established in 2015-16. The department is committed to provide with a holistic and enriching experience, where the students will not only learn the ancient art of yoga but also explore its profound effects on the mind, body, and spirit.
Led by experienced instructors, our department offers a diverse range of yoga styles, ensuring that there is something for everyone, regardless of level of experience.

Student should be able to work efficiently as Yoga Therapists in the hospitals, spa, wellness centre ,health club, start their yoga centre and also could join academic positions in schools, colleges or university levels. *Students should be skilled in most of the competencies, and trainings required to deliver the yoga and naturopathy health care system. *Student should be able to work towards realization of health for all, as a national goal through Yoga. *Students will develop or detailed understanding of the concept of health and disease through the modern medical and ancient Indian perspectives. *Students demonstrate effective teaching skills of Yoga. *Students will attain physical and mental fitness, strength, flexibility. *Students will exhibit all round personality development.
