PG department of Yoga was established in 2015-16. The department is committed to provide with a holistic and enriching experience, where the students will not only learn the ancient art of yoga but also explore its profound effects on the mind, body, and spirit.

Led by experienced instructors, our department offers a diverse range of yoga styles, ensuring that there is something for everyone, regardless of level of experience.
